New beginnings dog rescue is a non profit, volunteer based, no kill rescue group which specializes in the rescue and placement of abused, unwanted, and abandoned dogs. Our efforts are funded solely through public donations and private funds. This program was launched in april of 2015 and pairs behaviorally needy shelter dogs with inmates who provide them with 24/7 care and training.
